Therapeutic Video Material

Every day you will be sent 2 one hour videos featuring CBT and DBT therapies to help you understand your addiction. Using this information will help you build skills to help you achieve your recovery. These videos are offered as downloads so you can reference them throughout your recovery process. Reference these videos in a moment of weakness or situations where you feel your recovery is at risk can help you stay focused and maintain willpower at the moment. Some days, sobriety is achieved by the minute. The information in the therapeutic videos is a tool to keep your recovery on track!

Weekly One-On-One Counseling
Our certified counselors offer a flexible schedule for bi-weekly one-on-ones. You are required to attend both sessions. Counseling sessions help reinforce the lessons and skill-building in the videos. Videos can be watched at your convenience and as many times as needed. While you are building skills, you and your counselor will delve deeper into why your addiction started, coping skills to remove the obstacles in the way of your recovery, and to help avoid a relapse during your recovery journey. Counseling sessions are the ideal time to ask questions about the daily videos so the concepts can be used to your advantage.

Weekly Assignments
Weekly assignments are critical to your recovery. Establishing a Relapse Prevention Plan is essential to achieving an addiction-free lifestyle. These therapeutic home assignments give you and your counselor insights into your addiction and what you will need to stay addiction-free. The two hours a week you spend working on the assignments are as critical as the one-on-ones and watching the videos. The lessons offer you the time to reflect on your addiction and your recovery journey. Understanding the past is key to not repeating behaviors in the future. Combining all three therapeutic interventions will help you achieve and maintain your life without addiction.
